FOXO4-DRI is designed using D-retro-inverso (DRI) approach: reversed sequence with all L-amino acids replaced by D-enantiomers. Maintains similar side chain topology while increasing proteolytic stability.
Derived from FOXO4 (Forkhead box O4) transcription factor sequence. FOXO4 belongs to forkhead family with conserved DNA-binding domain. D-amino acid peptides exhibit enhanced stability. Store at -20°C.
